Please read these terms carefully before using the ShuFeh platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Platform Usage
ShuFeh provides a marketplace platform connecting customers seeking home maintenance services with qualified service providers.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting false information, harassing other users, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Commission & Fees
ShuFeh charges service providers a 5% commission on each completed transaction processed through the platform.
For example: on a $100 service, the platform fee is $5.00, and the provider receives $95.00.
Customers are not charged any platform fees. The service price displayed is the price you pay.
Commission rates may be updated with a minimum of 30 days advance written notice to all affected providers.
Payment Processing
All payments for services are processed securely through the ShuFeh platform.
Providers receive payouts on a weekly basis for all completed and confirmed transactions.
Payment processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
ShuFeh reserves the right to hold payments in cases of suspected fraud or unresolved disputes.
Tax & Invoicing
ShuFeh generates detailed invoices for every completed transaction, available in your dashboard.
Service providers are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance with local tax regulations.
The platform provides annual transaction summaries to assist providers with their tax filings.
Customers receive receipts for all payments made through the platform.
Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Providers must maintain accurate service listings, pricing, and availability information.
ShuFeh reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Cancellation & Refunds
Customers may cancel a service request before a provider has been dispatched at no charge.
Cancellations made after a provider is en route may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion through the platform.
ShuFeh will review all refund requests and make a determination within 5 business days.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a customer and provider, ShuFeh will act as a neutral mediator.
Both parties agree to provide all relevant information and cooperate with the resolution process.
ShuFeh's decision on disputes is made in good faith and is considered final and binding.
If you are unsatisfied with a resolution, you may contact us for further review within 14 days.
Modifications to Terms
ShuFeh reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Material changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days advance notice via email and platform notification.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect.
